  • Telling – Get Content

Custom widget content

Telling has few pre-styled html elements that can be used in sidebars inside Custom HTML widget.

Newsletter (This form can be used with MailChimp or other newsletter plugin):

<p class="newsletter clearfix">
<input id="newsletter_signup" name="newsletter_signup" type="email" placeholder="Your e-mail address" /><button type="submit">Subscribe</button>
</p>

Pre-styled newsletter styles are activated by adding newsletter class to the containing container, p or div tag.

Accompanying classes are available newsletter-dark, newsletter-light. Example:

<p class="newsletter newsletter-dark clearfix">
<input id="newsletter_signup" name="newsletter_signup" type="email" placeholder="Your e-mail address" /><button type="submit">Subscribe</button>
</p>

Last class is a newsletter-minimal and does not require other classes:

<div class="newsletter-minimal">
<input id="newsletter_signup" name="newsletter_signup" type="email" placeholder="Your e-mail address" /><button type="submit">Subscribe</button>
</div>

Mobile menu button:

This is an extra pre-styled button with mobile device icon and can be used for link to your mobile application. It can be used in Mobile Header Sidebar only.

<a href="#" class="mobile-menu-button"><span class="header-phone-icon"></span>Try App</a>

If you need to control on which pages widgets will display, we recommend Dynamic Widgets plugin. You can also use any other plugin if your choice.
